Our Mission

Intuitive Healing was founded with the focus of providing New Yorkers with a safe space to go deep and show up authentically in their lives. Our therapy style is centered around trust, curiosity, and creativity - think warm and collaborative, rather than cold and analytical. We know that living in NYC isn't always easy, and at times it may be hard to connect out there. Therapy at Intuitive Healing is a space away from the chaos to explore your life with openness and curiosity, rather than self-judgment or an aim to analyze.
We have heard time and time again that our dynamic and collaborative style are helpful building blocks for change.
We know that it is not helpful to simply have a shoulder to cry on.
We provide attunement, emotional support, and deep empathy, but will also work with you on identifying and healing old patterns, shifting negative core beliefs, and showing up differently in your relationships.

Our clinicians are also highly skilled at providing therapy for anxiety and depression, therapy for relationships and couples, and lastly, therapy for LGBTQ and identity work. Many of our clinicians are also highly skilled in couples therapy, so if you’re hoping to make changes in your relationship, you’ve come to the right place. And lastly, if you’re seeking a shorter-term, results-oriented approach, coaching may be the best fit for you.
